A lot stakeout is performed by a surveyor or field technician for the purpose of determining the corners of an existing subdivision lot or previously surveyed lot and physically placing "stakes" or "flags" on the corners.
A property line adjustment is used to relocate a single existing common property line between two abutting lots or lots of records. No additional lots or building sites may be created.
Property line adjustment applications must include surveys and written legal descriptions which have been prepared by a licensed surveyor in the State of Arkansas. This adjustment is required to be presented to the local planning jurisdiction for approval.

A topographic survey is a survey that shows the relative elevation, depth, contour lines, and other physical characteristics of a parcel of land. Topographic surveys provide important information for land planning, development, and infrastructure construction.
An ALTA survey is the most comprehensive form of survey that Survey 1 offers. It strictly adheres to the American Land Title Association (ALTA) standards. It plots each element in a title report where easements and encroachments are on the property, and shows property boundaries, improvement information (height, size, setbacks, and more), and recorded title items such as easements.
A subdivision survey is a survey where the legal boundaries of an area are located and divided into lots and street right-of-ways. All corners and lines are marked and/or monumented.
